The Kalapathar beach is situated on one corner of Havelock Island. The beach gets its name from the surrounding village, which is Kalapathar Village and the black rocks (known as Kalapathar in Hindi) that adorn the coastline here. . This stunning beach has golden sand beds and turquoise blue water. You will be impressed by the stunning scenic beauty of the beach. You can spend a great time at the beach. Strolling at the beach would be fun. You will fell the cool breeze tingling through your hair. Walking on the soft sand and observing the landscapes of the Kala Pathar is another leisure activity. Watching the exciting sunset and sunrise is also considered to be refreshing activity here. Scuba diving also is an important activity which would open the gates of wide coral reefs underwater. There is also a small picnic area with trash bins set in the shade of the trees. In season locals sell fresh coconuts and mango juices, but there are no other facilities.
